 Our in-house Tool & Die supports the production department by maintaining the tools. All of our tools are inspected for damage and wear after each production run. This allows us to keep the tools in good working order so that our customers get their products on-time. The tool room also builds our fixtures and gages used for stamping and welding production.Tasco believes in the value of quality service and products. Having intimate
knowledge and understanding of our customers needs has been the key to our success. We currently supply many customers with J.I.T. and Kan-Ban deliveries. We also use bar coding, returnable containers, EDI,
I-supply and the internet to fulfill each of our customers unique needs.
 
Tasco is a QS 9000 certified company and has been since 1998. Our employees are trained in SPC and the use of our genesis data collection units. We currently have 10 genesis data collection units that can send the information directly to the quality lab for analysis and we also have a CMM to help aid in
the inspection process. 
Our EDM wire machine helps us to make our own punches, buttons, and other various die details. We are able to make repairs and replace key components quickly and with minimal expense
We perform destruct tests on our welded and clinched nut parts to insure that they are holding within the specifications of the prints.
